Their customer service is accommodating and receptive if you call with any issues and the reason I decided to give them at least 3 stars. The issue is, I am tired of calling after every. Single. Visit. I was unpleased with something after every service we've had. Typically it's that we still have a plethora of weeds around on the lawn (as seen in the pictures). Another time they killed one of our bushes (also seen). They said they were willing to take care of it, just send them the receipt. I did. And nothing... Bottom line, good customer service, terrible execution.

We do offer free reapplications of weed control along with a program, due to the various factors that can cause one lawn to be more weed prone than another. We did indeed offer to pay for the plant that was damaged, however we have no record of said receipt - if you'd like to reach out to us, we can look into this matter further. Two houses, one extremely positive experience and one the opposite. We had them take care of our previous house with a mature lawn and it was like turf. All the weeds died and we could not be happier. Then we built a house and seeded the lawn. We had them start the second season for weed control and fertilizer services. This started about early / mid season and yard had taken well, super lush / few weds and looking to keep it that way. After one of their applications and following post application instructions, the grass started dying off in clusters directly following the application lines. One of the service people came out and really didn’t have straight answer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for immature lawns but they did do a fantastic job for years at our previous house (mosquito service is excellent too). Refer to before and after pictures of there services. Since it stripes I believe it was applied incorrectly. We are looking at probably a several year process and reseeding to get back to what we had before their services. Update fall 2021: Continued to give them a chance. Had tech calls come out but no attempt “to correct” what had been done. Latest call was to upsell me on additional service since last tech made notes about the issues in the lawn. The areas he mentioned were the areas originally weedman killed in parallel application lines. In two seasons, lawn looks worse than when they took over. Going to switch to landscape company. Poor communication, poor notes between calls and service people. Few thousand a year between yard and insect treatment will go much further with someone else.

They were more expensive but was assured they were worth the money. The service has been awful and we have a ton of weeds. I have pictures on my phone to prove how horrible they are and I can't reach anyone to complain. I aslo have camera recordings of their visits and they are under 10 minutes which is why we have so many weeds. I want my money back and a full refund but no one will respond to my email. Do not hire them! I am unable to comment on their reply.....so here is an update. They were hired and never came out unless I called to ask where they were! He said we need to communicate with them. They should check the records as I called them a bunch of times. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I prepaid for the season and am trying to get a refund and it is a nightmare.....save your money and do it yourself!

Hi Tricia, we're certainly concerned to read this review - while we don't get many complaints regarding the quality of our products & service, we take them seriously when we do. Because each lawn is different, and because weeds can be more persistent based on a variety of environmental factors, we do offer free reapplications to help keep them in check. As your lawn care provider, we do rely on your communication to help us schedule these free reapplications when they are needed. While visits for weed control can be relatively short, the time spent doesn't have an effect on the quality of our service, as our Technicians are trained to put products down to maximize both efficiency and effectiveness. We have scheduled a service call so we can get some eyes on these areas of concern and get them addressed - we'd really like the opportunity to work with you on turning this experience around.
