Absolutely incredible! Never seen anything else as upscale for a home improvement store! Only got a few pictures, but, an escalator & elevator for shopping carts, just WOW!

I go to Menards all the time. This time in Waukesha. It's a big store with 2 floors and a cool escalator that you can bring your shopping cart up with you. Pretty cool

I mean this place is kind of like a kid in a candy store - but for adults! It's got pretty much everything and they do a great job keeping the lines moving. Even during busy times, I can often find what I need and get out of the store in less than 30 minutes.

No handicap carts available today because they are down to 2 so made by trip a bit rough today. But I found everything I needed and use the paper bag for 15% off....great buy.

What a terrible company! Ordered a chandelier online and attempted to cancel order when I realized I had purchased the wrong size. I was unaware that Menard's is too cheap to have a phone number you can call for customer service, and had to wait hours for someone to acknowledge my cancellation request via email. The next day they shipped my order anyway, and TWO DAYS LATER customer service sends an email informing me that my order has shipped and they can no longer cancel the order. Even worse, they now inform me that Menard's charges a 25% restocking fee AND return shipping if I were to dare try to return this item (which would be at least $100 on a $400 chandelier). Never mind that I had placed my cancellation request the DAY BEFORE the item was even shipped. Nowhere in the checkout process was I warned that there was a 25% restocking fee on this item. Update your website, Menard's!!!  It is 2021 and people expect to be able to return online orders seamlessly and without extra fees, as is the case with every other major retailer. Never been impressed with this company anyway. Long live Amazon!!

They have everything.  You need paint, lumber, gravel, fencing, clothing, snacks, dog food, dating advice (the guy in aisle 247 will help), live entertainment (the piano lady is wonderful)... the list is extensive. We got lost for seven days wandering around trying to find staples but fortunately we were able to forage and find everything we needed to live quite comfortably until we finally stumbled upon an exit. Highly recommend.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Employees here are outrageously unhelpful. This is a constant problem with this store. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I ordered a product and after opening it, parts were missing. I called the store. They told me to come into the store and they would replace it. I didn't have means of transportation and couldn't return. Menards refused to ship a replacement to me and couldn't tell me why. I felt as though my request wasn't unreasonable, after all I paid in full for the product and didn't;t receive it in full. I hope Menards as a company is better than this but this store in Waukesha is not

I'd say 80-90% of the time I go here it's a good experience. The place is always busy though which is a catch-22. It's so good people are always here, but that makes it busy pretty much always. Either way, I can deal with that and they usually have the tools and materials I need. Every once in a while I have a tough experience though which is why I can't give a full 5 stars. Sometimes they're too busy for people to help me find a unique piece or something and I spend 40 minutes searching.... But those are rare times honestly.

My daughter and I shop there a lot sometimes my son-in-law comes along too we just love your store and the workers are very helpful just want to say thank you very much for your service

Their computes are not coordinated, started in Waukesha, was sent to West Allis because they had 3 doors. When arriving there they stated their doors were back ordered, but if t go to West Bend.
Frustrating to run all over SE Wisconsin to find a door.
