Within the last week, we’ve had 3 different flyers on our door or mailbox dropped off by someone from your company. Your flyers have been blowing all over our neighborhood and each one you’ve left us has a different price on it.

I would give zero stars if I could. No respect for the property and obviously doing damage. The manager Curt lied directly to me and the guy who cuts the grass Ty said inappropriate things complaining to the neighbor because he had to come back to finish his job. Absolutely will never work with this company again. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The previous home owner had signed up for their services, and he passed away. Shortly after we bought the house, we saw the flags up that they had fertilized. When I saw the bill come to the deceased previous owner, I called them to explain and discontinue services. What did they do? Change the bill to my name and send it again. I told them I won’t pay it unless they show me a contract or agreement I signed that requested the services. They said since I own the house I’m obligated to pay for it regardless if I signed up for it or not. So apparently I could order lawn care to all my neighbors houses for they’re obligated to pay. Sure makes me want to recommend this company to friends and family!
Response from the owner
The Wisconsin legislator passed and the Governor signed chapter 779 re small business (contractors) protection from unpaying customers. The OWNER of the property agreed to an improvement service. This service was not paid in full. The sale of the property does not negate the balance owed. It is a lien on the property until paid. Mr Andrew attitude problem stems from an improper transfer of title ie it was not a clear title. His problem is with the selling agent. As a note he will not be able to transfer a clear title to the property until this debt is settled
