  Tru green ruined my yard. I’ve called for months and can’t get a local manager to call me back. I used to have the most beautiful yard on my street and thought tru green could help me manage some of the maintenance. Big mistake. Also, when tru green would come they would throw some seed as they walked to the door and stick a sign that they were here. My ring showed this several times, I would call and complain and still nothing. I finally had a kind lady waive a fee.

  3 years with them, and every year, the yard looks worse than the previous year. I was told my account was noted and that the tech would talk to me on next visit. Well here’s how it went… “this stuff should kill it all”… Two weeks later - see the pictures. Oh and also… The tech told me that I also should be pulling out weeds… !!??!! Charged me 55$ for that… No use in saying that i will fight it big time… Maybe I hired TruWeeds by mistake…

  My husband sent in an inquiry to get a quote on "making our yard look nice" (men🙄) well they sent him the information and BLEW his phone up, 15 calls a day for a week before I told him to answer the phone and tell them to stop calling, we would contact them if we were interested and he did. Well, today a technician shows up at my door saying we requested someone come out and give us a quote and more information... I would really like to stop being harrased. I would never pay $400+ a year (which apparently is a discounted price) for a service like this... seriously? Read the reviews, look at the pictures. Yall are ripping people off.
