I applied with Tru Green and was given the impression I had the job. Twice I was called about a start date and what to expect moving forward. No manager called, emails were sent for job offer and training I needed to complete then shortly after an email came stating they weren't moving forward with me. All that time wasted when I could have been elsewhere. The background check was the longest in all the years I've been around. With the poor reviews I've read I'm glad they didn't hire me. Unprofessional isn't even the word.

ONE OF THE BEST WORST SERVICES!!! Technician comes in does my neighbor lawn instead of mine and bills me for that service. I was offered a free service, another technician comes in inspects my lawn and just leaves leaving a service done receipt at my door. Now this is called TRUGREEN

Similar to other customers’ feedback. Not reliable and poor customer service. They keep rescheduling and when the new date/time comes, they do not show. However, they’re very good at sending a text notifying you that the service has been completed. TrueGreen, we work from home and have cameras around the entire property. We know when/if you ever show to get the job done and well. We can see you (or not if you don’t show up). Unfortunately, we will not be renewing our services. Very disappointed!
