Started using Top Lawn in March of 2021 and my lawn was looking bad. I just purchased my home late 2020 and didn't have time to sign up for any lawn care service. I took this picture in September 2021 and I could not be happier with the results. I will be using Top Lawn again in 2022.

Came out in the spring and never showed up the rest of the season! Called office, talked to Mike. He said that they tried to contact me via phone without success. Always had contact via mail in the previous 5 years without issue until this year. What changed? Top Lawn always came out on their routine schedule, sent a bill and all used to be well until this season. Zero stars this season if I only could pick that.

David, Thank you for being a customer since 2004. I am sorry you are not happy with the service this year. We applied your first application on 4/8/2021 using your account’s credit balance from 2020. We tied several times to reach you by email on 2/23/21, phone on 4/23/21, and mail on 4/26/21. When we didn't receive a response for any contact methods, we stopped your service. We could have continued services if you had responded and provided us with a payment method. I wish we could have resolved this over the phone when we spoke and not on Google. I am a first time lawn care customer and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Top Lawn. I have a new lawn was planted in the fall, and this is its first growing season. I had several vendors quote a fertilization/weed control plan and Top Lawn was the only one to recommend a special program/product for such a new lawn. They always call the day before to advise of your next service and show up when promised. Customer service is always helpful, and online account management makes viewing services and paying your invoice quick and easy.  Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Top Lawn does a great job of communicating with me, especially during the pandemic.  I get feedback regularly on my lawn and any issues. with suggestions and solutions.  I even got a newsletter with information about an issue I was seeing this Spring due to snow mold, and was able to solve the problem quickly.  I'm happy with their service and professionalism.  Most importantly, last year was my first with Top Lawn and my lawn looked great!

Top Lawn has been great!  They always send a reminder text the day before.  My grass has never looked better!   My technician gives me great feedback & info about my lawn too!  We also had them do aeration in the fall & I'm hopeful that my yard this year will be even better!!!

This will be my second year with a treatment plan with Top Lawn. I was thoroughly impressed with my first year and the way Top Lawn managed applications despite the complications of the pandemic.

Customer service has always been top notch, always accommodating. My sprinkler system experienced a complete failure and Top Lawn was more than willing to place a hold on my applications until resolved so that the grass did not burn out.

I’m looking forward to the results now that the new sprinkler system has been installed!

I met John, the Top Lawn Tech, upon his arrival and we discussed where he would apply today’s lawn products.  He was polite, efficient, and sent a follow up report post-application indicated what he found and confirmed where he applied products.  We have used Top Lawn for several years and are very happy with their service and results.  They are highly recommended.

I have used top lawn the last three years for our fertilization and weed control. They are so professional, reasonably priced and always responsive when I have questions.
