  I ordered a kennel kit. It was too big for my car, so I paid for same-day delivery. It wasn't delivered that day or the next, so I had to cancel the order. The product looked like it would have been suitable for my purposes, but I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. (When I called the morning of the second day, I was told that the 3rd-party delivery company had refused to pick it up because they misread the size. I was assured that the problem would be fixed. Obviously it wasn't. TSC promised same day delivery, so any problems they might have had with a third party delivery company is on them, not on the customer.)
