  This Home Depot is practically across the street from us, and I like the prices better than at Lowe's. The service is generally pretty good, but I encountered some traffic problems the other day while I was there in the outdoors department. There were a lot of workers moving plants around for a display, and it felt like they were ignoring the fact that we had two kids and a shopping cart and were trying to shop the aisle they were using. We ended up buying only one thing and leaving the aisle because we felt ignored. Hope this is helpful feedback, because I really do generally like shopping here.

  The staff is unfriendly and doesn't know where anything is. Luckily I found a manager after 25 minutes and asking 2 other employees before I could get the item I needed. As I paid two teenage staff members Approached me to harass me saying I may be shoplifting items inside my home depot bucket. Only me. Not the other 4 people around me. I spent close to $500 here this morning. On my second visit today and spent $100. As a contractor I need help not harassment. Pathetic.

  Worst experience!! First date of delivery, they called to say problem with the truck. .. knew where that was going.. but wait it’s going to be delivered today. Ha, jokes on me. Forty five minutes before the window close.. I received a call stating that my delivery won’t be coming because the truck broke down. For the inconvenience of me taking off the day can you come Saturday.. Rudely she replied we don’t deliver to your area on saturdays. Asked for an exception.. Saturday 7am.. fine. Well Friday I get a message saying 11am to 3 pm window. It’s now 1730hrs. No call no show. Furious now after reading reviews. Just called for manager at Manassas store. The lady wanted to help until I angrily said there’s no snow on the ground. Needless to say, manager tells her my order is coming from Maryland, I need to call an 800 number. So I freaking hung up. What a big disappointment
