Had difficulty packing a large Sterilite shed into my sedan last night, which was cold & windy. Two guys at Lowe's in Manassas went above & beyond to help secure the load into the car. Had to buy a few bungees but it was worth it. My partner was amazed I lugged that thing home by myself & I wouldn't have been able to do it without the helpful staff at Lowe's. TY for excellent customer service, Lowe's! Beating out other big stores all the time.

I like shopping at Lowes. Who ever is in charge of ordering their 2×4's needs to get them somewhere else. Every one of them looks like a beaver chewed up and down the dang thing. Finding 1 that is straight would also be nice. This has been an issue for the last several months. Please, I beg you. Find me some good wood!

Excellent customer service! Special thanks to Zach, who helped my mother trim and wrap our xmas tree! And who pointed me to Dave when I had questions about an electrical project i was working on. Taught me tons and saved me a TON of money for something i was about to hire a pro electrician for! Our cashier Wilson was also a rock star. Super friendly. Store was well stocked and everyone seemed happy to help!

Staff always helpful. Young man took me way across the store to exactly the small part I needed. Very knowledgeable also. I get similar treatment at the Beacon Mall store.

Best price on replacement water heater for me as a DIY er. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection in  plumbing department.

If I could give Fred 10 stars, I gladly would! Bought a 134-lbs safe yesterday and he helped me carrying it to my car…. Had to return it the next day, and he helped me again unloading it out of my car…. I was stressing out about taking it and out, and Fred made it a lot easier on me….

I have had the worst exterior door installation experience with Manassas Lowe's! The door leaked and the installer came back three times without fixing the issue. Finally, they replaced the weather stripping, which was too big. Now the door doesn't latch properly and I have to slam it the get it to close. Lowe's is clearly not standing by its product/workmanship. I have been trying to get this installation corrected for over 2 years. Every time I call, I hear placations like "it should be fixed; I'll check on it and call you back." But the calls never come. I will have to pay someone to fix the botched installation because Lowe's can't be bother to correct the issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR DOOR INSTALLATIONS.

I visited the Manassas store in Virginia last week. I was looking for flooring materials. There was no one available at the time. I asked an employee to page someone for assistance. I waited over half an hour and finally a young gentleman came out of the back. He told me to go online to order what I needed. I asked if he could assist & he again referred me to do it online. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills. Would not recommend this place.

order a door in lows and take photos of the previous one.  I told the person who assisted me that I wanted it to be identical, the same measurements, and when I received the door it came with the handle on the other side and we placed the order again and a 34'' door came out when it had to be 36''. I do not plan to be one more order in that place

If I could give a zero I would. No customer service, could not find anyone. This place was worse than Gainesville. Sat around for 30 minutes trying to buy a refrigerator and when I did get service it was out of stock and wouldn't even help me to get one in Gainesville. Told me to look up the number and to go up there myself. HORRIBLE!! Never going back there again. I guess my next stop will be home depot.
