Gary and Mark are truly the best! They have great vision and really give you the WOW factor with everything they complete. The entire staff at TLC is exceptional! Taffy is so amazing and responsive! EVERY landscaper has been exceptional! They are so meticulous in everything they do. A++++++

We couldn't be more pleased with our backyard renovation. Mark created a beautiful plan consisting of colorful plants, evergreens and perennials. The waterfall is everything we hoped for and more. The crew was friendly, worked tirelessly and paid attention to detail. Now we get to sit back and enjoy the view.

We have been using TLC for a number of years. They have always been professional and their work is outstanding. We highly recommend this company to anyone that is needing any type of landscaping.

My husband bought a dump truck from this company and it has been a nightmare. The truck I believe cost around 10,000 and we also paid a 2,000 fee to have it delivered. The truck didn't even run a month, it has been in the shop since then. We found out this week it needs a new motor which is 5,000 and then mechanic fees at 4,000. Thats not including everything else we have had done so far. I do realize the truck was "As Is" but you can't just rip people off like that. He hasn't even been able to use the truck it was garbage and they knew it.
If a vehicle is in that bad of shape just junk it you don't have to get over on people.  Taffy the office manager is the one that communicated with him and sold him the truck. Shame on you, you knew what you was doing.

I wanted to respond to your review.  We sold your husband a used 21 year old dump truck.  This vehicle worked in the landscaping industry for 21 years.  It was represented exactly as it was, a used dump truck.  Had we known of any underlying issues, we would have advised a buyer at the time of the sale.  Our vehicles and equipment are maintained by our 3 staff mechanics at a very high level and to our knowledge, the truck was in working condition at the time of the sale.  Your husband elected to purchase a 21 year old out of state vehicle, sight unseen, without bothering to take it to a mechanic or even for a test drive.  In more than 30 years in business, we have never had a complaint with a used vehicle or equipment we have sold.  In the 5 months since the sale, neither Aaron or Lee Lee Blackburn nor anyone else from Piedmont Tree Pros has reached out to us prior to posting a negative review.

TLC is an excellent landscaping company that I highly recommend. The ground crews are courteous, knowledgeable and very hard workers. The owners and staff are also very courteous, kind and helpful. I trust them. They make our yard and flowers beds look pristine and beautiful.

I love the work TLC does!  Professional, courteous, creative, are all words that describe Gary, Mark and the entire company.  They always have solutions to the problems i show them. I CANNOT recommend them enough!

They came out gave me an estimate and didn't tell me they could bill me making me think I had to pay them when they were done. They told me to give them 24  hours notice, I called and and asked for them to come out. They said they need a week notice not 24 hours notice. Then told me that they have too many customers for them to come out in a week so I have to wait a little longer. then called and said their equipment broke down. I called back to ask if they forgot about me and got an attitude telling me that it's part of the rain's fault (it had just rained once since I called them originally). I called another company and was told by them they would be out in an hour, I called TLC to cancel and was told they would be out the next day if I want to wait again. I'm tired of waiting, I wanted service 2 and half weeks ago when I first called not in another month.

I had an exceptional experience working with TLC. They are meticulous and great people to work with.

I've seen them do great work for my neighbors, but I've tried calling them 3 years running to get an estimate for a spring cleanup and mulching and every time I've been told "no we can't do it, too busy".

Due to the loyalty of our existing customers, many of whom have been using us for over 30 years, we have little capacity to take on new customers for the type of clean up work you are describing.
