  Bill from LeBlanc Services did two major projects for us last summer. In both projects, the work was outstanding! Bill is very easy to work with and he always keeps the lines of communication open, which is so important. He removed two huge fir trees and planted hedging along a fence which really improved our back yard. He also reconstructed our deck which is absolutely beautiful. We’ve never worked with a better contractor!

  Bill built our 11 ft by 96 ft long patio that was originally ignored by the previous residents of our townhouse home in Shaker Heights. He leveled the ground and repaired the window wells and replaced the window well covers so that they would have safe egress. He also recommended using certain materials over others that were much more expensive because the harsh Cleveland winters would have destroyed the other materials quickly. I appreciated his honesty and expertise in these matters. It was obvious to me that he took great pride in his work as he built the patio and ensured that it was done well. I am very pleased with the result and I'm excited to host our first gathering when the weather allows. Our neighbors also used him to repair their deck while they were out of town and they too were very pleased with the result. I have found him to be honest, trustworthy, and have had excellent results when working with him. I am glad I went with him as opposed to others who might have done the job poorly.

  Bill remodeled our laundry room by installing a drop ceiling, repairing an entire wall, painting the whole room, installing brand new self-created shelves and painting the floor. He did so much for us and the final product is excellent! Bill uses good craftsman skills to plan out his projects and make sure he just enough material. He is a good communicator and very responsive as well as dependable. After talking to him, we know he can do many types of handyman jobs and we would definitely hire him again to help us with projects around our house!
