  I would run from this lawn service as fast as you can. This summer we had inconsistencies with our lawn.....weeds.....bare spots...etc. I called them out for a checkup on my lawn and they did a second application. This was after the technician told me it wasn't their responsibility that my lawn had weeds...it was a previous fall application issue. Until I reminded him that they were doing my yard for the last two seasons. So about a week or so after the application I noticed my front tree lawn was burned out and I called them out. A couple techs later and a manager came out and confirmed my fears that they had indeed burned my lawn. They would reseed before the winter so it would germinate in the Spring. Fast forward from October to now and I've received no less then 7 or 8 calls from them demanding I pay them the $140.00 for their treatment on my grass. The ones that burned it out. When I told the lady that called me she said....well we credit you one and if you don't pay it we're going to send you to collections. lol....

  I spent 20 minutes talking with a representative. I set up services. I gave my credit card. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called twice only to be told they couldn't find my info but someone would get back to me. I've never gotten a response! Can't be trusted to even start , how could you trust them to actually provide services???

  Signed up for the service then canceled because they never called to schedule. I received a phone call asking if they could sign me back up with a nice discount and apologized for the no scheduling of the services. I gave them another chance. First guy came out and he explained everything to me and did what I signed up for. Second service, the guy came out and he was very friendly but he was to aerate and overseed in which he missed a bunch of spots, so I had to call for a second application to get the spots that were missed. Third service was suppose to be fall/winter fertilization and no one called to schedule. I called and was told “we are under staffed”. Unfortunately, if you can’t handle customers and get them in the schedule then you shouldn’t take on new clients. Then upon paying for the service they overcharged me. It was only by $3.00 but still kind of sneaky if you ask me. This is suppose to be a veteran ran business in which is one of the reasons I chose them being we are retired military. I have used other companies in the past and they seem to all be about the same…over promise and under deliver. Cant say I would recommend them to anyone at this point and if you do go with them definitely do not prepay, because if they don’t show up you will have to call and get your money refunded.

It is true that we faced some challenges this year due to staffing and COVID related issues, which occurred for us after the majority of our customers had already signed up. We are going to make sure that this season is a learning experience for us so that we can continue to improve our position for next year.
