I needed a part for my furnace that they didn't have in stock. They offered to order it for me and said it would arrive by Monday. The gentlemen who I was speaking with was very helpful...he suggested a couple other places in town to look up on my phone, but none of them had it in stock either.

Staff who works in the cashier is not nice and no doing her job also has biast. Today, my friend helps me purchase things is Home Depot.He paid with a brand new home depot store credit card.Home depot system does not recognize my home depot store credit card. The cashier told my friend this card balance is 0.English is not my friend's first language.The lady is not nice.and strongly said this card no balance.My friend call me for help.I told the lady that I still have the receipt for that card.She strongly told me she saw is 0.I told her I need to talk with his manager.One of the guy comming out and find my card balance with the correct amount.Then the lady told me there system has issue. They can not accept this card.The funny thing is we have two store credit card. The other one went through.The lady told us we cannot use this specific card now.We can come to use later. However, I do worry about the balance in that card.If the payment system doesn’t recognized this card.How can I confirm they will recognize the other time.I am also not sure if the system already take money through my card . I do not want to take risk.I strongly let them to use that card.I told them if they do not let me use their store credit card.I will not buy things in their.The lady said I cannot go anywhere. This is the only store in this area.I told her I can go to lowes. Finally with our firm request, they did something in their system and accept my payment. Overall, I feel like the cashier doesn't do her job. I also feel my friend's first language is not english,she has bias. On the phone she told me that my balance is 0,after they find my card did have balance. She does not take responsibility.She does not feel guilty to give us wrong information.She also let us to use this card next time,because this specific card cannot be accepted by their system today.She never feel sorry for her mistake. Even,they solve my problem.But I feel so bad for the service.I am thinking how hard for a foreign people doing business with them.It is a racist store.
