  My lawn had been literally overrun with weeds. HUGE WEEDS. Taller than me. We were that yard that the neighbors sneer at and whisper about. We tried to keep up... I promise we did. We finally gave up and called Green Thumb Lawn & Landscape. Jason were quick to respond, easy to work with, and did great work. I was able to keep in touch via text and pay with Venmo. Couldn't have been easier. They're the best.

  Hello, Green thumb lawn care should not be listed anywhere with your company. Warning; the customer reviews are from people in their company and friends used to write decent reviews. The photos they post are fradulant & from other photographers and not their own work. If it is a true review you will know. DO YOUR RESEARCH & YOU WILL BE GRATEFUL! As I am a victim of their scams you have been warned. The guys who first came to my home were Mexican and didn't speak English & showed up with the wrong product it was a big mess. After sevearl calls, the next week they returned with the right materials and still ran out of the product. They had to call Jason Vahle to get an approval for more seed & straw and put the phone on speaker. I could hear him going off & being unprofessional because I needed more materials. To make everything worse I am out of almost 3K with bald spots, weeds, & an overrall horrible lawn. My 1st regret is not asking neighbors first because no one in my area uses them. Neither do they use Spring Green Lawncare LLC which Jason Vahle also owns. It is most shocking to me he is still in business. They state many things that do not happen. The worse is that they do not care for lawns instead they destroy lawns. What happened with us, they were already paid around Sept. 2020, $2,750 and failed to deliver a healthy good lawn. We followed the watering schedule, and the areas they say they sprayed for weeds still has weeds. They did not spray they only stuck a sign in the yard saying they were here and they were not. They never attempted to solve the problem instead their comment was to find someone else. We also explored and reviewed other complaints from other customers on Facebook & Google (real customers who had photos) and they never fixed those problems instead they refused to and have many unresolved complaints. This is why I was surprised that Home Advisors recommended this company who has bad reviews and is about to lose a good status with BBB. They also send a coupon mailer out every month for $50 off to lure new customers in with their scams and their affiliate company "Spring Green lawn care." They both are a big miss, and neither company seem to be focused on customer service and have ongoing unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of follow through. They have cheaper prices than other companies we called because their products are cheap & don't work. Instead of resolving problems they take your money and then avoid you and never offer fix the problem. You should be warning customers instead of recommended them. My final step with no resolution; & no refund, will be the Missouri Attorney General office & Small Claims Court. Tonya Bowens

  I had a ground leveling service but had done a poor job in my backyard. Be careful with what they say. I should have asked to write in detail what I was told in their first visit. I still have water issues, small holes in some areas. They scratch my backyard like a crop field and dump some rocks. I barely make them come back to toss some dirt, and they could have bring more to fill up the sinking areas in the backyard. So disappointing, I’ll see if I can reach my lawyer to fill up a claim. It looks like they have water Drainage. They Never talked to me about it or recommended I need it. This is a sham.. They took their full payment as they ask for your card.
