      In addition to providing great services, Smitty's also is the ultimate irrigation parts supplier. The Staff is always informative and helpful finding solutions. I find they are better stocked and carry more brands than any of the big box stores! * Do not miss their irrigation vs roots showcase! You can contribute to it. Just bring in a good example where roots have ruined irrigation hose or parts.😋

      The worst experience with their team. Their tech came out and didn't put on the sprinklers right so my lawn was flooded with a high water bill. Their fifteen minute time slots to turn off water is up $150. If you can use an affordable, kind service, go somewhere else.

      Hi Nora, We are sorry to see you are not happy with our service. In regards to your comments above we aren't sure what you are referencing as your invoices were not billed as you have stated above. We have never charged $150 for a 15 minute time slot. Your invoice from June, where it was noted by our technician that your extremely outdated mechanical controller needed to be monitored for proper timing could explain a large water bill. Further work ended up being needed at your home in August and until an outstanding invoice was paid, our attempts to get your system in working order could not be completed. In August when we called you to try and collect the outstanding balance from June, we were informed that you had a leak at your backflow which we came out to fix. Per your request, we then came to winterize your system in October, where no prior issues were brought to our attention. During our phone discussion in January, while trying to collect on the invoice from October, we waived the late fees on one of your delinquent invoices and gave you a $25 discount on another for you. We also waived the late fee on the first invoice, which was 2 months late. If you would like to discuss this issue further we are more than happy to. We appreciate your business.

      Michael came out and was very professional and thorough. There were just some little extras he did that filled me with confidence. I know I have some errant sprinklers and the system could take a review. I will be calling Smitty in the Spring. It really is amazing what one interaction can do for a business.
