Kyle was knowledgeable, and professional. He helped take care of the trimming and the plant health care of my trees. There was no hassle and the job was finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend SavATree to anyone who needs tree service.

Poor inter-company communication and deceptive Terms and Conditions. Beware. Had them trim a huge maple tree in my backyard. Wanted to maintain privacy so we stressed that no more then 20% be taken off. They proceeded to trim off more like 25% which was bordering on too much. Afterwards I noticed damage to some of my bigger limbs which were blamed on squirrel damage. Then i noticed that a few branches fell down from the tree, luckily my young kids weren't playing under the tree at the time. My neighbor mentioned that the crew was also very rude to their kids in their backyard while the work was performed. I wondered why they didn't contact me back asking about my satisfaction. Found out that its their policy to not contact customers afterwards which I find extremely odd. I mentioned my concerns and they sent out a different person to look over the tree. That person admitted that the previous crew did not prune correctly and that some adjustments were needed. Thinking that the adjustments would be minor, we agreed only to see the new crew showing up unannounced and cutting off another 10-15%. The new crew never talked to the previous crew about our requirements, they just started hacking. Now my tree is greatly pruned and we have no privacy from our neighbors anymore which we highly prized from this huge tree. I complained to Charley, the Arborist and to Kelia at the office that I was extremely not impressed with the work done and that I shouldn't be required to pay the rest of the fee. Didn't matter, their T&C's have catches that get them out of any disputes. So now I'm forced to pay regardless of my satisfaction. Never doing business with this company again.

Hi Jamie, We apologize for the miscommunication between all parties involved. The crew had to prune as they saw fit, working around the squirrel damage and keeping the tree as safe and healthy as possible. We are sorry that you had a negative experience and we wish you all the best.

Be careful, this company is tricky. The arborist recommended our landscaper do lots of preliminary prep work, which he did and we paid for, but then the arborist said it wasn’t good enough and did it again. So we paid twice. It’s already super expensive. They refused to subtract the prep work from the bill, plus they added late fees while they “decided what to do”. Poorly run and managed company.

Our crew actually spent more time than budgeted in our original estimate to remedy what was left behind. Professional landscapers are usually great partners and we work with them frequently and we have never heard of a landscaper overhearing a client meeting and then performing work without the client’s permission. We are sorry that this happened to you and wish you all the best.
