Had them come out to spray for bugs destroying my grass. that part went ok. The service guy tried scheduling me for several more services. I said no thanks. I get an email a couple month later saying Im scheduled for all those other services totaling thousands of dollar. I called and explained that their service guy made a mistake. They said they cancelled. A few months later...they showed up today to do the work. Is this really the way you do business. I will never use them again. This is a low key scam. Service guys are aggressive salespeople. EDIT: I appreciate the manager calling me and explaining that they are under new ownership since I delt with them last year. From what they have told me last year was a mess and the new owner is trying to clean up that mess. I might use them again.

Requested weed treatment and fertilizer. Never saw someone come and didn’t notice a difference in my yard. Called the owner to check in, he said he’d send someone else out and they never came (round 2). Completely disappointed.

I will get to the point early in this review since most people prob don't read past the first couple sentences. DO NOT USE THEM. I called, talked to their MAIN sales MANAGER for 20+ mins about the weed problem in my yard. Made it very clear to exactly what I wanted and what service they were supposed to come to do. They didn't add my info into their system correctly so like others on here, I open my door to a bill saying they came and did services without any warning or notification that they were coming. Where the issues come in is that they performed 2 additional services that I never agreed to or gave them permission to do. AND charged me for them! It gets worse, the service they did was add fertilizer TO A WEED PROBLEM. I'm no rocket scientist, but its common sense that if you put materials that are made to help things grow on something that you are trying to kill, you prob are going to have bad results. So not only did they perform services that I never agreed too, they made my weed problem 2X as bad and helped them grow even faster. Remember, the only reason I called them in the first place was to come to KILL the weeds and they made them GROW 2X faster. After 7 days, the weeds were thriving, growing faster than ever and almost 7" tall now. So I called to have them come back. They were scheduled to come the next day after I called. THEY NO SHOWED, didn't call, email ANYTHING letting me know why they didn't come and when they would actually be coming to fix the issue they made 2X as bad. I had to call them and when I did they tell me I'll have to wait another day or 2 before they can come back because of scheduling. So they made my issue worse, charge me double of what they were supposed too, no-showed me when they were supposed to fix the issue and then tell me I have to wait even longer for them to come back. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a service provider. If the photos show up, the first photo here is what the weeds looked like when they sprayed, the second is a week later. Pretty sure they should not have tripled in size.
