Frank’s commitment to service and being an advocate for customers is second to none and ought to be recognized. I am extremely thankful for Frank’s diligence and concern not only with the vehicle but my questions and concerns about the major and lengthy repair for my Camry. Frank always kept me updated regarding the transmission replacement and the expected length. An impressionable experience, my second time there. I like the consistency in behaviours of the staff. They are polite, respectful, and concerning. My car drives like it did the first time I drove it. The agents were very succinct and transparent in the assessments. Thanks Toyota

I come this location all the way from Bronzeville and I never have to wait long periods of time for service. The western location is worse with managing appointments. Oak lawn always have me in and out and provides me with accurate details about my car if something is wrong. The service from the staff is always good. No extra charges are made unless they talk to the Customer first. I love how they inform you first to see if you want the service taken care of. It gives customers time to see if they can afford the extra cost or not. I have no complaints.
