  DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! I went there for a possible skin infection, and the doctor said it was nothing. The doctor I saw was an Indian woman, she was very rude. The area of my skin got worse, so I went to another clinic and it turns out that I indeed had a skin infection. The doctor I saw at Oak Lawn Immediate Care was an absolute quack. Another clinic (Well Now in Evergreen Park, IL.) treated me with absolute care, and they were time efficient. Well Now also prescribed me medication, and my skin is healing. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

  This place needs to be closed down. They didn’t even have a scale for weighing. I can’t believe such an establishment is in Oak Lawn. The “doctor” (the one with long dark hair) was unhelpful and dismissive. She definitely needs some training when it comes to bedside manners because she lacks that greatly! I felt she didn’t believe my mom’s pain and therefore kept saying she couldn’t help my mom. She kept trying to push my mother to say she fell or hit something that caused her pain but that wasn’t the case. If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time going to this place. The doctor doesn’t care and neither does her staff.

  The female doctor there is very unprofessional and needs to work on her bedside manner. If you didn't want to go to school to be a doctor tell your family that and choose another occupation. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an immediate care facility. I will not visit this location again. The doctor did not even take time to examine me. This place needs to be investigated for their lack of medical services. They are just taking sick patients money.
