      Fundamentally everything is wrong about this company and here is why I had a great service with other lawn companies in this area, but never thought I will be reviewing a lawn company. Few months back I had fertilizer burn and when asked about it I received a lame explanation about fungus.I let it go. But now I see weeds all over my lawn, isn't this what the lawn company supposed to block in first place? When asked to retreat, they said my service was paused due to pending payment. Seriously !!! I was talking about the unpaid service which they were supposed to retreat irrespective of payment. Anyway of out goodwill paid completely. But no re-treatment as promised, so I had to kill the parts of the lawn where weed is growing, as it will not wait for them to show up. So much for the professional lawn company Check the pictures and make yourself a favor of avoiding them. I agree with all negative reviews here. There could be other customers who are satisfied, and it is only one service that takes it all down the hill. PS: If they refund my money and apologize I will update on their courtesy to followup and amend their mistakes UPDATE: AS Promised I am updating the review, In reply... It looked like they are trying to invalidate customer review by starting with undermining statement that I was not responsive to their call. Everyone knows Monday is start of the week !!! They need more patience than me as I waited for a week for them to retreat ..LOL. Anyway that aside, there was a statement that grass was too tall that's why fungus damage rather than fertilizer burn. I am attaching two images, does that look like 12 inches tall..or was cut fresh to you all ? The dates were mixed up, it all happened in April (Grass was cut 4/6, treated 4/9, complained 4/12, Inspected 4/17) Stopping this conversation from further, I have received refund for last service due to dissatisfaction and discontinued the service

After your 1st application on March 5th, 2019, you contacted us about your concern regarding possible fertilizer burn in the lawn. When I met with you on the lawn on March 13th, it was readily apparent that a number of problems were being created by a lack of regular mowing. As the grass was over 12 inches long along with recent rain, fungal disease was active. I offered to show the fungal lesions on the grass blades, but you declined the opportunity. I then focused on trying to communicate the importance of regular mowing, which it seems I failed to do. In the absence of regular mowing, the grass remains thin, becomes more conducive to fungal diseases and will be yellow when the green tops are finally mowed off. In short, more weeds, more disease and less grass. Looking at the pictures you have posted, the visible weeds are not overly difficult to manage at this time and killing the existing grass is unnecessary. Weed control, proper fertilization, a successful seeding this fall and proper mowing should produce a high quality lawn. I hope you will recognize that any tall fescue that has survived this summer is worth keeping. We sincerely wish you to have the lawn you desire and would be delighted to be of assistance.       We’ve had a terrific experience with NaturaLawn of Cary. Our yard has never looked better and we consistently get compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. We’ve been using for two years to treat for weeds, fertilize, and core aerate. Any questions or concerns I’ve had about my lawn have been quickly addressed by Marcel. The crews that show up at my house are always kind and don’t frighten my family. The only thing I wish they could do was notify us of a scheduled visit. I tend to get home and find a sign in my yard saying they visited, but they do send me an email afterwards saying exactly what they did.

      I have used this service for 4 months, before I started there service my lawn was is way better condition then what they have left after 4 months . I am now may have to install sod due to high volume of weed... The worst part is, despite we sending multiple emails with photos no one has responded and all they have done is remove there yard signs to avoid ebarsement. I would suggest to stay away from this.
