I wish it was possible to give less than one star. The sales team was great, I was immediately sold on True Green for our lawn care needs. The team has been out several times to spray our yard at our new construction home. If anything, the weeds have gotten even worse. I swear they are fertilizing the weeds, not killing them. Last week, during scheduled service they wouldn't spray due to workers present... at the house next door. We continue to receive notices from our HOA due to the weeds however True Green will not take any action to resolve. Unfortunately we paid ahead for a year of service so we feel stuck.

This TruGreen company is a hit and miss, which depends on the employee you get to do your lawn care services. They can sometimes be on point while others tend to take shortcuts. My lawn is generally green when everyone else's is yellow or dead; however, when everyone else's lawn is green, my lawn is yellow or dead.

DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE, LIED THAT HE DID THE LIME TREATMENT, AND I GOT CHARGED FOR IT. The technician came to the house, parked the truck far away from the yard, almost to the neighbor next door, so that camera does not catch his actions :) After sitting in his truck for 5 minutes, walks to the door and hangs the piece of paper that says service was performed. I watched him from the window for 6 straight minutes from the time he parked, to the time he left, did nothing..! Be careful, the service that you pay for will not be performed. Another reason to have cameras around the house. Called to cancel the service, got dropped from the call the minute you mention service was not done. Hard time canceling, still charging me for service that was not performed :( Was a customer since 2016.
