I hired these guys to treat my lawn in East Orlando since the HOA said I had bare spots. They agreed that the weed treatment should fill in my lawn. Somehow they stopped going and ignored my account. The HOA fined me $1000 for not tending to my lawn. I hired another outfit that seems to be doing better.

Conan, I'm sorry to hear that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your account we only treated your lawn twice, which was clearly not enough, given the extremely poor condition of your lawn when we took over which was well documented and communicated to you when you first became a customer. We did in fact stop servicing your account but only due to a lack of payment. We wish you the best of luck with your new company.

My wife and I have new construction (2021) and contacted them approximately 3 months ago due to multiple ant piles around the driveway and yard. They performed a pest control treatment, weed control, and aeration service. Our grass, which was already dying prior to them coming out, showed minor improvement. The ant problem got worse, as we then began finding them in the bedrooms, kitchen, and guest bathrooms. My wife contacted them to inform of the problem, and they said they would come out to treat it. A game of phone tag ensued, as we seemed to never be home when they came to treat the ant problem. They eventually came out and treated the problem, but the ants are back in full force as of February 18, 2022.

BEST, Lawn Maintinance company out there. I recommend, far above Blue Heron and True Green. Brooke is always wonderful to speak with and extremely accommodating with my account. Lawnworx also, does not price gouge like the other larger franchise companies do.

3 application agreement yes but chemical burnt our front lawn,  beware!!!!  instead making it great, ruined it and claiming it is our fault!!! very unprofessional company!!! how can you continue with this kind of business dealings???

Mr Ruiz, as I have explained to you previously in your previous poor review under a different email address, Your lawn had suffered significantly from drought which was well documented to you on our very first treatment. you even chose to replace some areas which have done very well since, with our help. I would be happy to discuss this further with you or better yet meet with you to review our treatments and your concerns with your lawn.

EDITED: It took many months but we are seeing good results, to the degree that we signed up to have them treat our bushes as well.

They’ve not been able to get on top of our weed problems and we’re doing some sod-replacement as a last resort. Hate to leave a poor review, hopefully I’ll be able to update with better news later.

Edited to add: thank you for your reply. I only posted this review because I was repeatedly prompted to via email. The dollar-weed has been dramatically reduced, but the spurge (and burmuda) were unfazed, prompting the sod work. Again, I hope to post a better update in the future.

Mr settles I understand your concern and recently stopped by your property to find significantly fewer broadleaf weeds than when you and I met and walked the lawn before you agreed to start our service. Considering that we have treated your property 3 times so far, I believe we are where we should be in the Weed Control process. Also, there are certain wild grasses that we cannot control in a St. Augustine Lawn such as Crabgrass and wild Bermuda which is an industry wide problem, not unique to Lawnworx. Going forward I will make sure that we follow up on your concerns in order to exceed your expectations. I noticed that you have never voiced these concerns to us directly in the past,  please understand that your satisfaction is a top priority so don't hesitate to contact us directly in the future if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

We have been LawnWorx customers for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful.  Management and office staff are always responsive and professional and the Technicians have helped us numerous times solve issues with our lawn to restore it to looking the way we want it. to.  Highly recommend them.

Lawnworks supports my lawn with fertilizer. It's a tricky lawn, because the HOA can't yet provide reclaimed water via irrigation, so my lawn has dry spots. The technician did his best so that the dry areas were not burned by fertilizer.  Overall, this technician was given an "A"  grade.

Lawn Worx has been maintaining my lawn for several years now and I must say the QUALITY of work that has been provided has been greatly APPRECIATED. My tech, JOHN JOHNSTON, is the best. I hope ALL of the employees are following his high work standards. John is dependable, comes each month with no problems, provides honest lawn evaluations. He is the BEST appears to be a LOYAL employee.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They damaged and burned my lawn and would not own up to it. The manager first said he would take care of it and then turned around and took back what he promised. They are the only ones who spray my yard. I would run far away from this company and not use them. He kept coming up with a million excuses not to rectify what his company did to my lawn. My tree was even affected by the chemicals they sprayed on the lawn. Greg was trying to pass the buck and blame my neighbors because he did not want to pay to resod the area they damaged!! Poor customer service and professionalism. I'm filing a BBB complaint against them! **Reply**The pattern of the burned grass is consistent with the way the technician drives his machine on my lawn!!! I've seen him with my own eyes!! So your smug attitude (like others have commented on reviews) won't convince anyone. It's okay God doesnt like ugly. What you sow on Earth you will reap!!

Ms. Brown you know that this information is simply not true, in fact your own husband told us that he believed that your neighbor, who has been complaining about your oak tree’s leaves getting on his property, sprayed something on the tree to try and kill it and in doing so, whatever he sprayed also affected the grass below the tree. As I have explained to you, we treat the entire lawn when we do a treatment, which incidentally you have one of the nicest looking lawns on your street, If there was a misapplication it would be throughout the lawn and not isolated to a small area around the Oak tree right next to your neighbor’s property line. Shame on you for being dishonest, deceitful and trying to blame something on us that you know we had nothing to do with. Instead of filling a claim with the BBB I would encourage you to call the police and report this act of Vandalism.

just had new sod installed before using them. my neighbors used them and his lawn looked great. my new sod does not. in process of looking for someone else.
