As a law enforcement officer in Orlando Fl, I’m appalled at the responsiveness of lawn starter and the company. Once something is damaged there is no one to call only email. You must wait 24-48 hours for someone to come fix the problem. In this case my water pipe was broken twice so I had no water. For okay service this is not something I’m willing to deal with.

I’ve been with Lawnstarters this will be my second year. Edwin mows my grass and he is excellent. He used the weed eater on every place that needed and then some. Edwin did his job with attention to detail. I Thank Edwin ever so much for a job very well done. I hope you stay my guy.

I've been using them for almost a year. Recently I got a new card so my billing failed and I was asked to provide a new card. I updated my card information in the app at least a month ago and they keep sending me notifications that I need to update my payment method. And they have now suspended my services for non-payment even though I updated my new card in the app I even changed cards several times thinking that it was an issue with the card. I have emailed their customer service about this issue because all I'm trying to do is pay them and continue my mowing however no one has even responded to my email.
