Responded quickly, but sidewalk wasn't cleared of snow, only driveway. When I texted to find out why, I received no text back. Ended up contacting another company that did a great job of cleaning and treating the sidewalk. Even returned the next day to treat the ice that formed overnight.

I called them for installation of garbage disposal and bathroom exhaust fan. I am so glad I did. Jay and Ty  arrived on time and immediately began working. They finished a difficult  disposal due to rust and age, and cleaned up afterwards.  I wholeheartedly recommend Jay's.

These guys are great. I had a large tree that needed serious work. They trimmed, pruned and shaped my tree beautifully. They were timely, professional and reasonably priced. Jay and Todd are a pleasure to work with as they are honest and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication, fast service and very efficient. Not to mention, very fairly priced. Finally, a hauler which will not break the bank! *happy dance* James and his partner Ines (please forgive my spelling if I got it wrong) came today and not only were they super friendly, they were professional and courteous to my home and animals.

Highly recommended and will be using them again.

James, helped me move and made the process so easy, after I hired movers I was dissatisfied with the service because of the overall lack of care provided in the service. So I hired James to come help me get finish the process, we finished moving all of my items on his trailer after he helped me go through everything, then after we were finished with that put all of the rest of the dump in the dumpster (that he rented me) and just made the whole process so easy for me. Not cheap, but completely worth the value he provided, me and my wife did not have to do anything but point.

I just want to take a second to rave about Jay's Property Management! Jay has worked w/me for WEEKS, due to my move in date being push back a handful of times. When I finally had a set date Jay & his girlfriend offered to load everything for us, for the same prices. When I seen the trailer I was a little hesitant, but they loaded the junk (Queen mattress, 2 couch's, tables, bed frames & more, w/out a problem! Very FAST & convenient! Jay & his girlfriend were nothing but nice & smiles. We really enjoyed their help! Very nice people! We will definitely be using their services in the future! Thanks Jay!

I called to have a very heavy upright piano hauled away and the team that arrived handled the job beautifully.  It took some maneuvering to safely get it out of the house and they were very careful not to damage anything along the way.  Reasonably priced...I will definitely call upon them again.

I have used Jay's Property Management for a few of my jobs at my property. They have done a great job, always on time and easy to reach out if you have questions. Very reasonable prices compare to other in the area. I highly recommend their services!
