Too bad when you dont get a second chance to make a good impression.  When I decided to indeed get a new riding mower,  it would surely not be from gledhill.

Took my zero degree turn mower for annual maintenance and winterizing. As usual, a good job was done.

Will and team did an awesome job in gaining a customer.  I walked in Saturday to purchase a mower 1 hour before they close and received the mower today because the service department worked so hard to get it ready.  I really appreciate everything Gladhill Tractor did!  Thank you.

Everyone there seems to be very helpful , I buy all my parts for both of my John Deere tractors and I do the maintenance  myself . Always had a good experience.

They have some huge combines there. (9870) If they would've had a 9rx tractor there I would've given it 5 stars. I ended up just buying a hat.

rear window smashed about 6 months ago.  I wanted to try to repair myself called Gladhill Frederick.  They ordered the glass and called 2 day later to say it was in and ready for pickup.  When I got there I started asking questions about any areas of difficulty.  The counter took me back to shop and had one of their mechanics run through everything and gave me some hints on things to watch out for.  Went home with glass and a couple of fasteners they suggested. Not any sign that they didn't want to help me.  It has always been that way.  Wouldn't go any place else

So I am a newbie and wanted to wait until after I bought my tractor to rate Gladhill. I spent 34,000 on a new tractor and accessories and I can now say that pre- and post purchase,  this company has been great.  Real service,  no used car sales double talk, Teresa knows how to communicate and explain.  Delivery was excellent,  and Jeff taught me everything I needed to know.  Even after I took possession of everything,  they were willing to answer my questions and not make me feel that I was a burden.  I also popped a tire, and they fixed it for free! Only complaint? I didn't get a John Deere baseball cap! Haha. No really,  great place.

I bought my first compact tractor and a number of attachments from here. The sales, knowledge and after care service is excellent from this dealership.

A bit confusing as to where to go when you first enter.   Everything is roped off and there doesn't appear to be any where to enter??  Also, the person who waited on me was not wearing a mask.  However, service was as quick and professional as it ever was.
