  WHAT happened to this hotel. We were here a year ago. From then to now it is ran down, terrible rooms, cracked ceilings, tubs clearly getting water behind the panels, wall patches everywhere, paint very poor job, no light in the suit areas, looks dirty, not taken care of. Then wasn’t told the elevators were to be worked on while we stayed here prior to paying. I found a note by my room door on the floor explaining about elevators They took payment without giving the opportunity to make a choice if I wanted to stay after I was told elevators getting worked on one will be working while being worked on or you can use the stairs. Not certain I want to ride an elevator while repairs are being made. 😳Stairs are not an option for me due to medical reason. Also didn’t notice until this morning there are grease spots on the headboard maybe from lotion or baby oil. Not from us. It’s so dark in this room you can’t see. The sun is shining bright this morning Stuns on furniture. Very unacceptable. Some lights not working

  If your intent is to get rest, this may not be the place for you. Came here on a long road trip. All I needed to do was sleep. Got absolutely none at this hotel. Booked late so there were only rooms available on the 1st floor. Was apprehensive because I knew there would be foot traffic. But I needed sleep so toughed it out. The noise levels were UNBEARABLE all through the night. The room was 3 doors away from the back door exit. The back door SLAMS shut. People used the door all through the night. So I was constantly awakened by the sound of a SLAMMING door. On top of this, the buildig doesn't hold sound back in general. I could hear everything from a neighbor showering, someone listening to music on their phone AND (which I would never expect) the sounds of traffic from the nearby expressway. It's really unfortunate because the room itself was nice, the breakfast options were truly impressive, the value of the stay was great for the area and the staff were wonderful. However, I stayed at this location to get rest. And didn't get any. At all. Absolutely none. Had to get back on the road with no rest. I would have gotten at least some rest had I just slept in my car.

  This hotel was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Although it did say newly renovated and I felt the room we stayed in could have used a little more work, I am really picky though and overall I felt comfortable. Also, the breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices.
