  Last Friday, 3/18 approx 1:00 pm, watched a clerk treat a very soft-spoken, elderly man who just needed some assistance, with an abrupt and dismissive attitude. Then it was our turn. Was told a company 'lied' when they said By-Pass was the local representative for the maker of the equipment that we needed a part for. He was anything but polite and certainly not helpful in any manner. Not sure what this man's problem is, but he should not be working with the public. Will not patronize this business again.

  Always great, nice people, shipping on parts gets a little expensive when you buy as many parts as we do but still worth it. Our company has sold off all other brands of equipment and went strictly with John deere and thanks to Bypass our properties have never looked better. Mowers are indestructible! Thank you😁

  I've purchased three Stihl products from this business and it's always been a pleasurable experience. Staff is helpful and friendly and definitely experts on thier products. I just upgraded a chainsaw and they gave me excellent trade in value.
