  We used this company last year and they decided that we needed their services again this year also. Just an FYI for anyone that has used this company I found out that they send out a letter that if you don't respond they assume that you want their services again and without contacting you and they come and perform the service and then bill you. So if you aren't planning on using them again make sure you call and get off their automatic assumption list. Pretty deceptive business practices I know I will never use this company again.
