  This company has major issues with overwatering. When contacted about an issue with a "smart watering system" designed to save money and only water when necessary, they ignored the issue. Sprinklers have been on every night for more than a month in one of the wettest seasons on record and were on even while it was raining. They are not concerned with the cost of this for their client because they aren't the ones who pay the bill. They have no consideration for water conservation. Other locations have sprinklers on during the day including sprinklers that water nothing but the road.

  Great landscaping, despicable customer service. I contacted them a while back after I suspected one of their workers damaged my car. I was treated more poorly by one of their managers over the phone than I ever have been before. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He basically said it was my fault, and “what did I expect for parking in a construction zone”? I was parallel parked on a public road nowhere near a “construction zone”. Needless to say he didn’t take my inquiry seriously. Regardless of the damage, I was appalled by the way I was treated and shocked that a manager would interact with someone this way.
