I brought the mower Wise Power Equipment due to a leak in the hydraulics and to have the hydraulic fluid and filters changed. Early the next morning I got a call to pick up the mower. The charges were reasonable. The employees helped unload and load the mower into my trailer and were very friendly and knowledgeable. An excellent experience.

Zero customer service. Pick up/ drop off in the rain without contacting the owner. No text, phone call, nothing! Then to add on $75/hr charges for stuff I didn’t ask for. Never again.

They picked mower up for annual service and we were billed over $450! They didn't call AHEAD of time to ASK if we wanted a rebuilt carburetor but just did it! Then not even 1.5 months later there was another issue and they tried to charge us for that and it was negligence on their part that they finally owned up to. This year we used someone else and the bill was $106 and cleaned the mower and made it look brand new. They called TWICE to let us know about certain issues and what the cost would be to see if we wanted it done and why they suggested it. That's what you're supposed to do! Not take it upon yourself to re-build a carburetor that we didn't agree to. We didn't even get the chance to get a 2nd opinion or even just say yes. Who does that??? When you take your car in for an oil change they don't do any EXTRA without the customers consent and I'm still not confident anything was even wrong with the carburetor. I see this is a practice of theirs as I've seen another complaint about this exact issue. ADDED INFO AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: Yes, this occurred last year as a first time home owner and first time needing this type of service we didn't have a comparison. After the GREAT experience we had with who we chose this time compelled me to write this review. It doesn't matter WHEN it happened, it happened. And no we aren't under Dee Anthony in your system as this is my private email. Aso, we did try to resolve this and nothing was done and were very rude and accusatory. If you can't recall charging for a re-built carburetor without asking first, then maybe this is an act that occurs often. Again, your positive reviews will outweigh this one but I still felt it was right to at least let customers know the negative experience we had and your service towards new customers.

I'm sorry but we do not have a customer by the name of Dee Anthony in our system. Not sure why this review is from a year ago, but all of our work is guaranteed and satisfaction is guaranteed.
