Well run, great owners. One of my trees did not survive the transplant and they offered me the first pick off the next shipment of the same type or simply store credit. They also followed up and called me when the new trees came in. Will definitely be a continued customer.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in customer service from the owner. She had a solution to our erosion problem and was so friendly and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure buying from her. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately the ladies that work here are extremely rude! I had a bad experience with them last year but gave them another chance this year. I should have known better. Nothing was different. On top of being rude, they have poor customer service. Website and signs say they close at 5, left work early and drove 30 minutes to make sure I was there in time to get a bucket of mulch, I got there at 4:47 and they would not load me because they stop loading at 4:45.

We are saddened by both your negative experience with our garden center. We apologize for the manner in which you received our closing policies. That said, I am personally troubled by this event, but feel some sort of explanation is in order. I did go in and change on the website, and every social media site we manage to reflect in writing, what has been posted in the store. While this does not dissipate your anger, it was an eye opener for me. There were three employees there that day, my bookkeeper, my husband and myself. I am the person who spoke to you. We can not, and have not, after several attempts, been able to successfully hire extra help. It is crippling to a small family business, when we are so short staffed. At 65 and 71, these 12 hours days are challenging. Usually, there is two hours of additional work to be done when we “closed the doors. I’m not whinnying, it’s the reality of a small business. Respectfully, Laura R Davis
