Jeff runs an awesome lawn business.  He is very conscientious of how each lawn looks and is cared for by him and his crew. His company actually sprays weeds, plus trims hedges along with the regular service of mowing, edging and blowing. He also fixtures broken sprinkler heads should him or his crew might rarely damage one. Plus he has been in business for over 25 years which may be very hard to find nowadays.

I rarely write reviews, but after numerous attempts to reach out to Jeff (the owner) and numerous times talking with his crew about scalping my half my yard, ruining sprinkle heads almost now once a week for a year I feel others should be made aware before choosing a lawn company. The kicker in all of this, is I don't even use his service - my neighbor does and yet all though the property divide is clearly visible, both Jeff and his crew could care less about others property. My neighbors are great and have told him also, but still no response and still the same problems every week. It's just unreal to me.

The false statements and exaggerations are all over this review Marc sent a text at 10:14 am as the lawn was being cut, he sent a second text later that day at 6:38 pm 8 hours after the mowing stating because of no response he was going viral and wrote this review not 2 days or a week 8 hours. I was in upstate New York visiting my sick father in an area with spotty coverage, when I got to Elmira airport I found out my Allegiant flight had a 2-hour delay and checked my messages, I immediately contacted Marc at 7:57 I even sent him a screen shot showing my flight itinerary with the delay, in the text I offered to meet him at his convenience which I did 3 days later on Monday morning. Even if I were home I would have been out working between wearing gloves all day and the fact I don’t carry my phone due to sweat and rain I would have never met his deadline of 8 hours before going on this viral tyrant.
I have been in business for over 20 years and service over 200 lawns a week, 8800 lawns cut a year with no bad reviews anywhere with A rating on several sites. Marc the neighbor of a lawn we service wrote this review he does call me about 3-5 a year, the mow line was not straight, when you mowed around their bed your deck curved out into my property and mowing over to far by as much as 2- 4 feet which happened on this occasion.
The problem is there are 5 identical fence panels going from house to house, 4 panels are his and 1 belongs to our customer and it does confuse my workers to look at it you would never guess the property line is located where it is, I have a special notation on the mow list but about 2 times a year a worker will lose focus and go over 1 panel to far, we have never had this problem before and I have never had a neighbor bothered with our mowing like this before, on the rest of the properties we service we intentionally mow the property line 1-2 feet different every week so our tires don't start a rut  and in all of my talks with Marc he has never mentioned problems with his sprinklers, we do sprinkler work and would have happily replace a head if he had ever mentioned it.
All the lawns we service are in a small 2-mile circle and my goal is to pick up the neighbors as customers not to irritate them we have 1 location where we service 11 lawns in row and 2 where we service 7 in a row.

These guys are AWESOME in that they are highly dependable for my weekly lawn care. In addition, they trim up the hedges and lay down mulch. The owner is easy to work with when it comes to special projects, like shoring up a drain pipe or planting citrus trees. I've gone through 5 or 6 other companies in the last 22 years, and this team beats them all.

Jeff and his team have been taking care of our lawn since we moved here in 2014. They have replaced sprinkler heads and broken underground pipes, helped with yard garbage removal and some other small-ish projects.

They do great work, but more importantly they have been a pleasure to work with, and I feel I can trust them to do the job we've asked them to do at a fair price.

Have had Westchase Lawn Care do my lawn maintenance as well as some extra clean up work and they are top notch.  The owner Jeff Arcangeli is very knowledgable and the whole crew is very nice and professional.  And they have been in business for a long time so I knew they weren't a fly by night company.

Westchase lawn takes great care of your lawn as if you were his next door neighbor. They are  a dependable company with fair fees for all available services. I would definitely  rate them at 5.0

Unfortunately, this is a laundry list of issues over the course of 1.5 months.  I gave the owner ample opportunity to resolve most of the issues but when resolution turned into even more issues and a verbal altercation with my neighbor, I had to let him go.  This experience was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen in my life and I plan on submitting a complaint to BBB.  List of issues:
- Overgrown shrubbery in back yard only trimmed first few weeks of service
- Overgrown shrubbery in side yard, also only trimmed first weeks of service
- Oversprayed roundup (I didn’t even give permission to spray and wouldn’t have since I hire another company to treat my lawn) killing my grass which, after 3 weeks, he finally replaced but with sod that was dying (also creating more damage to my property).
- Discolored house paint where weed killer was over-sprayed
- Cut Verizon and Telephone wires and wire covers where sod replaced oversprayed grass
- Cut Lawn Hose close to where sod replaced oversprayed grass
- Cut outdoor lighting wires, confirmed with Jeff’s employee that he would fix (still broken)
- Unkept lawn maintenance around sprinkler heads (dirt and weeds have overgrown)
- Verbally patronizing my neighbor after using his hose on his property
