The condition of the plants look horrible at times. They push the bad looking plants while holding back the better ones. The owner would not allow returns even just two hours after purchase when customer decides they are not satisfied with the quality of plant. Plant had not even been taken out of the pot. There are many other nurseries in the area and I suggest shopping those alternatives. We did go to another nearby nursery and found terrific looking plants/ornamentals to replace these bad ones from Millennium. Time of year was not a factor at other nurseries that day. I have never had issues like these with other nurseries.

Michael, We apologize that you had a bad experience at the nursery. However, when you and your guys went with our nursery techs, you had selected a Black Diamond Crape Myrtle in a 15 gallon pot. Not sure if you are aware but the growing season for Crape Myrtles begins in Early spring and they start to bloom early summer. As autumn rolls around, they begin to drop all their foliage to prepare for winter. You came to the nursery on October 14th, 2021. This is peak time for the crape myrtles to be losing their leaves and not looking their best. It is also stated on the bottom of your receipt that we have a no-return policy for all material once it leaves the nursery. We can only guarantee material that we install with a 90 day warranty. "They push the bad looking plants while holding back the better ones." This couldn't be further from the truth. That was the tree you had selected and wanted to use for the job. We strive to have the best material for our clients and do not hold back any product (unless it has already been purchased by another customer). We understand that the tree does not look 100% but again, this is the time of year for them to start dropping leaves. Again, we apologize if you had an unpleasant experience and we hope to do business with you in the future.

Very bad owners won’t take responsibility for major damage done during installation. Stay away. Go to tree mart or anyplace else.

Do not shop here. I recently purchased $400 worth of plants and all but one is doing well. I phoned the nursery and told them that I wanted to bring back the dying plant and get a new one ($15 cost). I also told them that I wanted to purchase a fountain and have it installed ($1200). They refused to give me a new plant citing their policy over and over again that they do not replace plants. Well I am sorry I bought anything from them and will not be buying the fountain. I will never go back again and will tell all my neighbors and friends not to buy any thing from this business.

Audrey, We apologize if you had an unpleasant experience with Millennium. However; as stated on the bottom of your purchase receipt, all sales in the nursery are final and we have a No Return policy for all material unless it was delivered & installed by one of our technicians. We recommend all plants purchased to be watered once a day for the first 2 weeks after installation. We would be more than happy to help you select other options for replacement if need be.
