Brought in my mower tires to get new tubes put in and they did it at a great price. They have a variety of tools, lawn equipment and home appliances for all your needs.

Steve, the owner, is a nice person to do business with, his wife, Becky, on the other hand is not. She runs the front desk, along with some other women, Robin and Melinda who are rude at best. We bought our mower there a few years ago. It has given us nothing but trouble. They had to replace the entire wiring harness just to get it to run. Brand new zero turn which cost thousands of dollars to being with and had not owned it an entire mowing season until major issues. Prior to them finally replacing wiring harness, it was in for service countless times for diagnosing starter issues, PTO engaging issues, general service, and the list goes on because they could not determine why the mower was running/not running. Steve was always nice to do business with, friendly, and knowledgeable. But the customer service from Becky, Robin, Melinda- stinks. I can’t count the countless times, my husband, mother, or myself have called for parts, information on service to our mower, delivery of our mower, etc. and spoke to one of them, that they have had nice friendly customer service. None of them seem to have a clue as to what is going on. None of the seem to handle being busy well. You would think for a small town, locally owned business that customer service would be top notch. Only thing I suspect is they don’t need our business because business is so good. So, we won’t be spending our hard earned money there anymore and would NOT suggest anyone else to. Go else where and save your self the frustration and headache. Bottomline: Poor product, Poor customer service, Poor business experiences. You can get that anywhere these days. You have to give people a reason to do business with you. We will support another local business with better customer service moving forward.

MS HIGGINS, SO SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE TODAY. WE WERE VERY BUSY WHEN YOU CALLED TODAY BUT WE ONLY HAVE TWO COMPUTERS TO LOOK UP PARTS IN OUR PARTS DEPARTMENT. WHEN WE HAVE 3 OR 4 PEOPLE IN THE STORE AFTER PARTS AND FOLKS ON THE PHONE, SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO PUT PEOPLE ON HOLD OR ASK IF WE CAN RETURN YOUR CALL WHEN WE CATCH UP. AS FAR AS YOUR MOWER IS CONCERNED, WE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO REPAIR THE ISSUES WITH IT, MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO YOUR HOME TO PICK IT UP AT NO CHARGE. HUSQVARNA HAD ISSUES WITH WIRING THAT YEAR WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF, BUT BEING THE DEALER , WE GET BLAMED FOR THAT. THATS OK, WE CAN TAKE THE BLAME BUT I THOUGHT WE GAVE YOU OUTSTANDING SERVICE. IF THERE WAS ANYONE RUDE TODAY, IT WAS YOU. AS FAR AS TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, GOOD LUCK FINDING BETTER SERVICE. HAVE A GREAT DAY

BEST!! repair shop in town, So far Repairs are FAIR, and service is great. employees are very helpful and service has so far ben prompt and on or before time. Above all prices seem to be fair. Need outdoor EQ repaired I recommend try them out
