I've been a customer for nearly ten years and have even prepaid service in January these past few years. I used to be very pleased with the results, but this year the quality has noticeability dropped off. After noticing an unusually high volume of weeds this year, I decided to dig into my old emails to compare this year's visits to last year. I had noticed it had been almost eight full weeks since their last visit. I emailed my concerns. No response. Eight days later, I emailed again. This time with stronger language. Again, no response. Over just the past few days I began to notice large swaths of my yard showing signs of insect damage. Several hours ago I called, left a message. Again, no response. While writing this review someone finally showed up. I went outside to talk with him even though I knew it wasn't his fault. He acknowledged that they were having a hard time keeping up and that my lawn was showing signs of insect damage. That's insect damage that I prepaid to prevent. Nice work guys. If you can't keep up with the work, then refund my money and allow me to hire someone that can.

Hi Mark, thank you for your feedback. Ohio is currently having an outbreak of armyworms and they are very damaging to lawns. Please contact the office so that we can get a service call set up on your account and get a manager out as soon as possible to address your concerns.

If you're looking for lawn service...keep looking! I have used Weed-Pro for many many years. Here is my cancellation letter to these clowns... "Let this email serve as notice to CANCEL my service. Although I have been extremely patient for the past few years, hoping your team would bring health to my lawn, you have failed miserably. To prove my point, there is NO CHANCE that your company would want to take pictures of my lawn to proudly display them on your website. Between what I have spent on your service and my water bill, my lawn should not look like it does. I will make sure that my investment does not go to waste. I am going to provide your company as much free marketing as I possibly can. My account is now current. Please respond to this email that you have closed my account."

We have used Weedpro for the past three years. We prepay for services before the growing season starts. This year, service was terrible. They promise service every 4 to 6 weeks but this never happened this year. We have had three lawn applications this year and I called the office several times to get someone to come and do this. Our lawn aeration was suppose to be done about four weeks ago. This was not done! I also noticed that the front part of our lawn looks good but the side and back yards are definitely not getting any applications. I have now cancelled the rest of our applications / services. We have not received our refund, I also email the main office about these complaints and have yet to receive a response or some sort of acknowledgement. Customer service at Weedpro is horrible.

Thank you for your feedback, Ruth. We apologize that you are not satisfied with our service. We do try and come out about every 4-6 weeks, but sometimes weather and other things can push that back a little bit. You only receive 5 applications in our 7-application program. This means that there will be a space of time in between treatments that you are not seeing us every 4-6 weeks. If there were ever concerns about a specific area in your lawn not being treated, we offer service calls where one of our managers can come out and address your questions and concerns. We apologize that your aeration was not completed, we are still doing our fall aerations and are working as quickly as possible on getting everyone scheduled. Your refund is being processed on your account; it may take up to 5-7 business days. We are sorry to lose you as a customer, if there is anything we can do for you in the future, please let us know.
