I was a customer with Weedman for over 4 years and my yard only got worst and worst. Even though my yard got worst with weeds like polly anna, clover, moss, and a number of weeds I have never seen before, they still inundated me with call for additional services that would help that never did for additional sales for them. In addition, both of my neighbors who flanked my house have no such issues with their yards......BUYER BEWARE!!!!...When I tried to cancel, they refused to take NO for an answer and would promise to treat the year in between scheduled treatments and never did. No one in management ever took the time to review my complaints or ever reach out to inquire....All in all, they provide very poor service, have the nerve to try to upsell while providing that poor service, and very unresponsive and will used whatever excuse they could not to honor my request to cancel my account (it took me a month to get someone to finally complete it).....Again, I WAS A LOYALLY AND REGULARLY PAYING CUSTOMER of Weedman Roswell, BUT NEVER AGAIN...NO MORE GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD WITH THEM.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was a customer of Weedman for 4 years from 2015-19 when I fired them. On numerous occasions I contacted them about the rampant presence of dollar spot ivy and nutsedge, both of which they said they could treat. Nothing ever changed, and before long my Bermuda lawn had more dollar spot ivy than actual Bermuda grass. When I contacted them to notify that I was changing lawn services, they continued to treat my lawn and bill me for services. I refused to pay for these services, and shortly thereafter, they sent my past due account to a collection agency. This collection agency continues to this day to try to collect that $79, which for the record, I never intend to pay!

I have been using Weed Man services since last year. We have definitely seen a difference in the color and density of our grass. The representatives are always friendly and knowledgeable. Today I had to call to adjust our treatments and I spoke to Kelcey P. Kelcey P. was great! She was very efficient, she definitely understands the importance of good customer service.
