  Started with them this spring. Had them reset stone and mulch around the house and it was a good experience. Started weekly lawn maintenance and the first month or two was fine and now they may show up once every few weeks. Missed me again this week after numerous calls. I get that everyone is short handed right now but at least communicate the reschedule date. Two weeks ago I got three reschedule dated after having to call them every day for status. The front office is nice but at the end of the day...you pay for a service and I'm not receiving it. I will probably have to mow my lawn again tomorrow after another missed week. Edit: I just had to cancel service since they were going to miss me again this week. Office personnel is great and understanding but only getting two cuts but paying for four is just unacceptable.

  Good but expensive landscaping. Very inconsistent in regular yard maintenance. Which is disappointing as I spent $15K in landscaping with them and would expect better ongoing maintenance, which I pay for monthly. I have cameras in my yard and many times their crew simply doesn't show up to meet the contract. For example: last august they went 3 weeks without showing, when contract states weekly. This March, they came once and only mowed the front yard, leaving the back yard without mowing/maintenance. According to their contract they are supposed to visit 3 times in March... Yes, the company was notified in all instances. Quite frankly I shouldn't have to continually bug them to hold up their end of the contract.

  We had a landscape overhaul ($40k project with continual monthly upkeep), O’Neill Came Recommend by my pool company. Waited two months for the consultation appointment only to have him ask zero questions, wrote nothing down, completely uninterested and hands in his pockets. Said “I’m not really sure, this is more of a project that my boss will have to come out and look at.” Never to be heard from again...
