We had a beautiful lawn until we decided to sign up with Weed Man this year. Even though our lawn was completely re-sodded 2 years ago, we have full irrigation and professional mowing, somehow Weed Man caused problems. I wish I had stayed with my prior company! When I signed up for service I repeatedly asked if Weed Man applies fungicide which is needed in this area. They insisted that a product called Apex (which isn’t a fungicide) would prevent disease on our lawn. We paid extra to have this product applied, and guess what, our lawn got brown patch/leaf blight which caused significant damage. I contacted Weed Man about this right away, they were extremely slow to respond and then argued with me about the problem. They claimed that applying this Apex product again would help with the disease. However, I checked with other lawn care companies that explained Apex does nothing to help with lawn disease. After weeks, Weed Man finally agreed to apply disease control, but I already found a new company and cancelled my service. Very disappointing/frustrating experience!

Used this service for yrs, even before the current owners purchased our territory. We got a nasty email from Them about a past due amount, which we didn’t know we had. When we checked the invoices we noticed that the majority of the invoices didn’t have a technician name or dates of service. When we called to go through the invoices, they said it was our problem. Do not recommend.

We have used Weedman for several years and had been extremely happy with their service until 2019-2020. I believe the original franchise split in two about that time, and our Vienna location got the new company. Since then, our lawn has become patchy and deteriorated , and my emails were never responded to. In the past, we got personal, hand-written notes on the invoice after they treated the lawn. Now I get a generic computer-generated message. And last year, without any forewarning, they applied a new product that killed all the grasses that weren’t supposed to grow here. My lawn started looking dead after that. I hope the owner will come and discuss the poor state of our lawn. We’re definitely considering a new service.
