      I have sent an email with some but not all the pictures of our lawn on 8/16. I have yet received a call or response. I started with this company in April or May. I had weeds yes in deed I did but NOTHING like this. This is ridiculous. Weeds became worse UPDATE 9/10: If you have all our information like that. How come you did not contact us by telephone to see what the problem is if you did not get email?? I just contacted you all again by PHONE TODAY. The whole purpose of why I am upset is our lawn did not look like this before WEEDMAN. I am not trying to get out of paying. I have made payments so why do you think it’s a problem now??? First off these weeds been out here longer than 2 months of the non payment. Don’t try to put blame on us. The person who I spoke with said send the email to Dan and I did. So here is the email and the picture of my lawn before you all started treating it. But I got proof of what it looked like before Weedman and we did it all buying lawn products from LOWES and HOME DEPOT. Enlarge the new picture to see why we are upset.

      Hi Alonda, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your lawn. I have no record of any emails from anyone with your name at all this season. Can you tell me where you've sent these to? Our office email is [email protected]. We still haven't received any emails from you yet, however its normal to get weeds in your lawn from time to time, herbicide doesn't prevent weeds. Those weeds would have definitely been sprayed with your next application, however because of non-payment, your account has been on hold for nearly 2 months.

      I contracted Weedman using a prepaid order for a years worth of services in 2020 because I work a night schedule and am not awake during the day to spread products on my lawn. I was not home when they would come out and spread products on my lawn, but they would leave an invoice on my door. The invoices would get thrown out because I prepaid services and knew what I was getting. I decided not to make a prepaid order for 2021 because the services I received to my lawn turned it into a desert. I need to wear a respirator to mow the lawn due to the amount of dust and debris that is generated from the dead spots where grass has died and not been replaced during the fall over-seeding. I understand that this is a normal issue with lawn treatments based on my research of Weedman and other franchised lawn care companies. I chalked this up to a loss because I did not research prior to hiring Weedman. That is on me. However, I received a phone call today from the Norwalk Weedman customer service and was told that even though I prepaid for a year of service they have continued to provide service without receiving payment. The customer service rep informed me that they continue to automatically renew the service without a contract. This is the first time I have spoken on the phone with someone from Weedman since I have placed my prepaid order in 2021. Instead of calling and confirming a renewal of services they opted to not only provide one service, but three separate services on my lawn. They chose not to contact me about a due balance on the account for the first service, but instead let three services continue to build up on a balance of about $150. After they had amassed an unpaid bill of approximately $150 on unwanted services that were not agreed to they chose to call me and threaten a collections agency to come after me if I do not pay immediately. I attempted to contact the headquarters customer service number after receiving this delightful phone call and was unable to speak with a human because there dial tone selection system is messed up. Instead I had to call as if I was seeking ownership of a franchise location in order to leave a message requesting a call back. As of writing this I have yet to speak to anyone of authority in this business. If you decide to hire someone to care for your lawn be sure to look local and hire someone that answers the phone looking to provide a genuine experience. I have included photos taken today of my lawn after weed man has provided a years worth of services and an additional three unwanted services.

      Unhappy with the service. Been a customer for years. Until they covered my motorcycle with bug treatment. I came out and it looked like it rained. Dried spots all over it and I just cleaned it. I called to get zero apology but was told it's water based so no big deal.. maybe if my yard was perfect after years of paying for all their services I'd give them another chance but it wasn't.. not even close. His only reply should have been I'm sorry that should have never happened what can we do to make this right. Never again.
