Used this service for a year. The people on the phone when I called in were courteous enough. The service was adequate and I saw reasonable improvements in most of my lawn/turf quality. The price for the service was fair from other quotes I received. That said, leaving a mixed review because they auto-renewed my service without my permission for a house I no longer own and asked me to call in to cancel the renewal. What a remarkably questionable move. I would not have even known the auto-renewal happened if it wasn't for a forwarded letter I received in the mail this past week for services that would have started and been billed within a month or two - and when my last contact with them was Fall of last year for the last treatment as part of my original plan.

If I could give this service no stars I would. I know several people this same situation happened to. They came out and only did partial work, when I called to alert them they sent out the guy again. He sat in his truck, played on his phone, and then drove off. They continuously call me and harass to pay for this service to which I explain to them continuously I will not pay for something that was never done I the first place. Run from this company.

Hi Scott and thanks for the message and certainly I'll investigate as we take any question like this very serious. Can you send me your account number or address please and the date of the service you're asking about? I'll be able to pull the GPS from the truck as well as the technician notes and perhaps even the video footage. Of course also remember any service that you were not 100% delighted with we'll re-do as long as it is safe to do so. Thanks Scott!

Paul, the Weedman weed/fertilization worker, did an excellent job covering every inch of my yard. I’ve heard other people complain about other companies that skimp on the use of their chemicals. That’s why I am careful to be aware of the service that I am getting. That is not the case with Paul. Also, the person who answers the phone is very professional and always quickly calls back if I can’t immediately get through on the phone. Another excellent worker. I’ve noticed this over the years. It’s nice to get what you pay for.
