  I do not use Local Lawns any more because the owner refused to address some issues I had with their work. I only called about an issue twice. Once was because his guys were going to fast and they were leaving a strip of grass between each strip they cut. The did it for weeks, even after I complained. The 2nd time was when I caught his guys cutting my whole back yard with weed whackers. When I called to ask why they were not using a mower he had no answer. He never tried to explain or even get any answers. Instead, he recommended we part ways because he felt our business relationship was unsalvageable. That’s right, instead of trying to fix the issue, he dumped me as a customer. I still never got an apology. To be fair, he did wave the months bill, 3 grass cuts, that was nice. Our conversations were always civil, and never got out of hand. He seems like a nice kid, he just can’t run a business. If your smart, you will not use Local Lawns LLC.

  I highly recommend Local Lawns, LLC. I contracted with them in March, 2017 and was very impressed. In fact, I have already recommended my neighbor who has called them already. They quoted me a reasonable price and much to my surprise, the invoice was lower than the quote. Most importantly, they cleaned up all debris and worked efficiently, professionally, politely and took extra measures to ensure the job was done as I had requested. Plus, their responsiveness and communication skills were 100% better than previous lawn care companies I have used. I will be using their services again real soon.

  After having moved into our new home, my wife and I were researching companies for lawn care and maintenance. We had heard good things from friends of ours about Local Lawns and ended up calling them to cut our grass. The owner of the company came very promptly and did an amazing job mowing our lawn and giving us advice on some next steps for our landscaping! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
