I am already a satisfied customer  with my snow blower and my mower. Today brought my chainsaw for a minor
Issue. In 5 minutes they fixed it and explained me
How to prevent it next time…. Great service!!!

Good service they keep me up and running. With good sales, parts and service be prepared to pay for it, if not go to the box store and get no service and buy a new.

Took in my demo saw to get a new exhaust and a tune up. 6 weeks later it's ready for pick up. Got it to the job and it didn't run right. Took it back and they said it needs a Carberator and it would be about a week. They call me 4 weeks later and say it's ready for pick up. I go to pick it up and it's not ready! They said come back tomorrow for pick up. So I came back the next day to pick it up and after all that time and money it still don't run right. Horrible customer service and obviously the mechanics need to go back to school.

The only reason I’m giving them one star is because zero stars wasn’t an option.

The salesmen have no custom service skills as they were rude and unprofessional. The mechanics obviously have no clue what they are doing due to the continuous issues we had with our demo saw (which currently does not run after a $250 bill). I will never do business with this company ever again.

So far so good. I went in to schedule service for my Ariens snowblower that unexpectedly stopped engaging  forward/backward. Clean inside with plastic divider for safety @ the counter and plenty of parking. Called when they were ready to stop at the house for pickup like they stated. The pick up service is great, otherwise I would have to rent a vehicle to get it over there. Looking forward to prompt and reliable service....

Purchased a Ferris zero turn from them years ago.  Great mower. Got it into an argument with a garden hose that was hidden by leaves. The deck was noisy with lots of vibration. I fully expected expensive repairs.
Weaver sent a guy to pick up the mower. He found an easily fixed problem, no parts necessary.
They could have taken me over the coals but instead provided honest service.

Weaver turf power on eshleman mill rd. Is easy to find. Nice people to talk to on phone and set up appt. Or set up a time to pick up and drop off riding mower. Answered all my questions and had mower ready in 4 or 5 days

The employees were all great to deal with. The owner should stay out of the way. He spent 15 mins trying to get me to understand his pain of warranting a $40 hose that Boss has no problem replacing. Instead of trying to understand the customers position with how a busted hose, in the middle of a snow storm, caused major issues. Spend more time trying to understand things from a customers perspective and they will respect yours.

I am very disappointed in this company. We bought a new 3 wheel Ferris and nothing but trouble. First we had to take it in due to dirt in the carburetor and then a bushing was missing which made the RPMS go at a high rate. After all of this then the mower was popping and again we took it in. We got it back and put the mower in the garage and than we smelled gas coming up threw the house inside. We took it back and they had it for a few days and said we could not find anything wrong. Then they said we put a breather hose on so we took it home and the same thing happened again strong gas coming from the mower but they could not find anything wrong. So I took charged and had someone look at it and they said you should not smell gas like that and they looked at the carburetor where Weaver's took it apart before and they found the gasket was torn and they tried to seal it with goop and found that the one screw was put in wrong which did not make the carburetor seal right. To top it off this mower was still under warranty. The people there do not have a clue what they are doing there. This guy where we took it to found the problem right away. The mechanic they have does not know what he is doing. We  will not go there again and the Ferris head quarters will be notified these eople are not dependable at all and also, you can disregard the previous rating I gave them boy was I wrong.

I drove to weavers from Harrisburg to buy a RedMax ebz8500RH and glad I did. Friendly staff and great people working there. Took the time to answer all my questions, get prices on things, and let me demo a few zero turn models with no sales pressure. Even though it was an hour drive for me to get there it was definitely worth it. I'll definitely be going back for other things. A lot better than other shops I've been to.
