Terrible experience with this guy and his company. I wouldn't recommend him to feed a dog! We recently purchased a home and the seller gave his contact info to our agent as the person who had been servicing her lawn. I really do believe if this woman knew how bad he talked about her lack of keeping up with her lawn she probably would not have done any business with him. That was the first red flag. Once I told my fiancé how bad he talked about the previous owner my fiancé did not want him doing anything for us. My fiancé felt he was unprofessional for even discussing this woman. I should have listened. Got him out here to service the lawn his work was mediocre at best; this man failed to cut an entire area of the lawn and told me "Well the previous owner never had me cut over there" I'm looking at him like are you kidding me? It's apart of the yard; we're new owners here why not ask? To add insult to injury he decides to weed eat near our glass patio door and shattered it. As pictured the glass has begun to fall out. When I brought this to his attention he accepted responsibility for the damage and pleaded with me not to report to his insurance as he had damaged other properties(words out of his own mouth)in the past and did not want his insurance rates to go up. I paid this man $300.00 for the work he did and agreed to work with him if he could agree to have our glass replaced in a timely manner. The incident happened Oct 12th fast forward to today and he still has not giving us a date as to when he can replace our glass, he has not apologized for the inconvenience, any time I have reached out to him for an update he has an attitude like we're bothering him; he hasn't produced the name of this company he claims he ordered the glass from; according to him he ordered this glass back on Oct 15th and no-one from the store could tell him when it would arrive. The last text conversation he and I had he claimed he would refund us our $300 and we could get the glass replaced ourselves. I let him know to yes definitely refund the money. This was last Monday today is Sunday. He hasn't refunded anything nor has he responded to my text requesting his insurance information. We will probably have to take this man to court.
