  Ms. Sharon, Susan, and Jennifer could not have any more of a pleasure to deal with. When every other dealer told me they could not get a Peco, Ms Sharon took some time from her busy day to make some calls and had me one in 5 days. EVERY OTHER DEALER said it "WAS NOT POSSIBLE" to get one. This place goes above and beyond to help their customers. Everyone was OVERLY NICE, the place was OVERLY CLEAN, and they had MORE INVENTORY than anyone I have visited.

  I personally would love to thank Sharon for the way she handled my mower problems she bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied I would highly recommend doing business with Killian’s again for all my lawn care business thanks again Sharon great job

  Great store all around love the owners and staff inside! However there’s a sales manager in there who doesn’t know anything about anything and told me all he does is sale the new stuff he doesn’t know anything about them. I asked him what string he would use on this style weed eater and he couldn’t even help me. Great store all around but that toro sales manager is terrible with customer service and has a negative look and attitude. I’d look into a new sales manager or train him a little more. Other then that great experience every time!
