I have this Company for termite and General insect control. But it’s that time of the season again and for some reason I have regular bees again around my back porch. The gentleman that came was courteous and punctual and very informative! He did a great job and am extremely satisfied

Our service person was very professional and courteous. Respected our home, wore foot coverings and a mask as he entered the house. Explained his entire process and make sure I didn’t have any questions. Appreciate the great experience.

I have a terrible problem with ants every spring. Brian took the time today to treat not only my house. He found the ant trails and treat the source. I am optimistic that it won’t take 3 or 4 service calls this year to get rid of the ants because of Brian’s thoroughness.
He was very professional and friendly at the same time. He reminded me of earlier years with Wayne’s. He gave the extra touch of customer service that makes a difference. Thank you Brian!

Called Wayne’s on Monday. April 11th because of seeing ants and wanted to be serviced quickly.  I was able to get an appointment on Tuesday, April 12th.  The technician was early for the appointment and explained everything he would be checking for as well as doing.  He was very professional and provided a thorough service.  I highly recommend Wayne’s for your pest control needs.

Wayne’s took over our account when they bought out another company. It has been the worst service. We pay during summer months for mosquito treatment in the yard due to having three kids. Wayne’s will either not show up at all or spray right before it rains. I have asked on several occasions about the rain and the inspector would assure me that the spray will still work. My kids get bites all the time now. They claim that they come and do service during the day but not one camera at our home shows they were there. This has been ongoing for over year now. The customer service ladies are really nice but their hands are tied when scheduling. It is usually another week or longer before they can come back out. My last straw was when the inspector text me at 1AM to let me know he didn’t come and that he would come soon. I don’t recommend Wayne’s. We are canceling everything with them.

Service scheduled for between 8-10.  I called at 10:15, they were checking.  Finally got a call back at 11:15, asking if someone contacted me.  At 11:50 someone called who knew what was going on and service arrived at 12:45.  She was very professional, and did a good job - however, I had to replace some of the glue traps myself.  Usually, I do not have any problems, they arrived on time and do a great job.

Preventive did our service in the past and would always inspect for ant hills and exterminate. I don’t think the service that I recently got was adequate since there are several live ant hills on our property. Our yard is small enough to be able to perform this in a few minutes.
