Communication via text with Billie was excellent & very responsive. Michael arrived within the 2-hour window provided. In addition to diagnosing where the leak was on the drip system, He was able to suggest a preventive item that in the future could have damaged the sprinkler clock and wiring. He also replaced the 35psi with 20psi which should help extend the life of the existing landscape lines while still providing sufficient water for the needs of my plants & shrubs. Michael carries all needed parts in his trailer. He prides himself on doing things the old fashioned way. He’s a 3rd generation sprinkler & irrigation specialist in the desert environment. After replacing the valve, testing & replacing the valve box & cover, he even raked the rocks surrounding it so it looked better than when he started! I do not know how long it has been leaking, but hope to notice a lower water bill now. I’ll keep his contact information handy for any future sprinkler repair needs.

Customer service at it's BEST. Michael was on time, looked over the problem, very honest man, gave us our options and told us what it would cost. He had his son Gavin with him helping him out, extremely nice young man. We told him to go ahead and replace what he suggested to, and they got right to it. They completed the work very efficiently and fast, helped us reset the timer box, and also advised me when to fertilize my plants. I'm telling you great customer service is extremely hard to find, and at a very fair price....these guys provide both! Thank you Michael and Gavin!

I've had a couple of different vendors help me with irrigation issues and WaterWitchers is definitely the best. I received an honest assessment and the work was completed professionally at a reasonable price.
