  For being such a big store, they treat customers well except when you need to return or exchange something. I tried to exchange a TV set that I neglected to return the non working set within the 15 days time limit they have set. I did not know it had been changed from 30 days to 15 days. I talked to them and was given a big run a round. Finally one woman in customer care gave me the name of the manufacturer,Funai Corporation in California. They have a years warranty on their product. They also gave me the runaround. They asked for pictures of the receipt, pictures if the set both turned on and off. The set was purchased in April and their warranty was good for one year. After I submitted everything they wanted, they accused me of damaging the set even though there was no damage to the set or even the box it was in. There is absolutely no damage showing on set or box. But I was still accused of damaging the set. So they refused to honor their own warranty. So what can I do?

  Gallup, NM store Bought vitamins, herbal meds. Shelves were not properly organized. Should have been alpha order. Easy to find. Things less used should be on top shelf. Pharmacy Shelves need organization. Luckily there was a nice lady employee, who was very helpful. Visitation day Dec 28, 2021.

  Our pup Ursa loves the dog walk. Our favorite place to stop. Clean facilities and great staff. The gift store is really nice too. Lots of treasures for reasonable prices.
