  Last year I spent $15,000 to solve the drainage problem across my driveway and yard. The pictures below show my yard just last week after a few hours of heavy rain. I tried to get Will to add another drain box and regrade a few months ago when I saw the problem but he never showed up. He’s good at talking but hard to get him to follow through. Some of the work he did was successful and the areas with French drains dries quickly. However the current grade is causing gullies. Also he promised topsoil and reseeding after regrading. That never happened. I believe Will tried to do a good job but gave up after he couldn’t get the desired results. If you have money to burn and lots of patience, this would be a good company for you to use. I would NEVER use them again.

  Last year you approved work to grade your front lawn so that it would shed water and dry out. Once grading project began, it was found that multiple natural springs were to blame for front lawn not drying out. After meeting with you, we installed a very complex array of French drains and catch basins throughout the entire yard at cost. Shortly thereafter a heavy rain caused a huge amount of runoff water to wash out topsoil, seed and straw including stapled down straw mats. You reached out to me and I quickly came back with more topsoil, seed, straw and even more straw mats and completely re-graded, seeded and strawwed you entire huge front lawn for free! You were concerned with the catch basins not being adequate (which I had previously told you they wouldn’t be… 12” basins with a 4” outlet). I emailed you and told you that the ONLY way to prevent this stormwater damage was to install a minimum of a 15” culvert under your driveway that continued under your entire front lawn and dumped out into creek. You did not want to spend the money so I moved one of the drain boxes to a lower area and burmed up topsoil below it to help direct water to it. Obviously this massive torrent of water is not going to go through a 4” pipe and yes I stopped responding. I should have walked away when you didn’t want to pay more than materials before bending over backwards to make a customer happy. You have a big expensive problem that this company has given and priced a solution for. This company had tried its best to make you a happy client. I would encourage you to remove this review and find either a company that can make that much water go through a 4” pipe, or another company that is willing to install a fortified basin leading to a minimum of 15” pipe to catch and carry water under your lawn. Bashing this company will not get you any more freebies ma’am

  I was extremely impressed with Will's quality of service and the time and attention he spent to get our gravel driveway looking new again. Everything I asked for he went over and above to keep me happy. I will be using his company again.
