  Your driver pulled out in front of our pregnant daughter today and two rocks flew off your truck cracking her windshield in two places. She immediately called me to tell me about it and I informed her that the driver would not take responsibility for it. As she was talking to me on the phone, the driver pulled up beside her at the traffic light and apologized for pulling out in front of her and apologized for the cracked windshield so I heard the entire conversation. He told her to call the owner and he would take care of it. I told her this was not typical of the majority of hauling companies, but maybe this one was different. She called you and you basically said she was speeding and it was her fault and the rocks could not have possibly come from your truck. You should be ashamed of your business ethics, unfortunately for you we are retired military and have USAA insurance and she has a dashcam that recorded the entire event. Good luck lying to the insurance company in court. People should know how you conduct business, what a disgrace.
