  My husband and purchased a chainsaw from there. We took the one a floor model. Got home realized the blade was on backwards and not tightened. Thank god my husband didnt loss an appendage when he started the chainsaw up.

  Update 2022: Things in service seem to have improved greatly. Turn around time on pick up/drop off of the mower still takes some time since there is no full-time driver but Darren is very communicative and they've done a great job on my winter service. Update 2021: After years of great service things have gone south. Nobody at this location can keep an appointment to pick up a mower and nobody can be bothered to return a phone call. At this time I can no longer recommend this business because of their abysmal customer service. Prior review: In 2017 I bought a zero turn mower from Piedmont. The buying process was simple, straightforward and painless and the mower does great on my 3 acre hilly property. Early on the mower had an issue with a piece of fabric rapped around one of the blades. Even though it was not a defect of the mower, Piedmont fixed it at no cost. Since then they've also fixed a grass clogged fuel injector (my own doing, at my expense), and completed annual maintenance. Brad in service has been outstanding and he always seems happy to help and gets the mower repairs/maintenance done in a reasonable amount of time. The price on repairs with pickup/drop off is also very reasonable and convenient since I have no way to transport the mower into the shop. I'd definitely recommend Piedmont Power, and I love my Kubota zero turn.
